About Julie
I have been practising Yoga for 30 years and teaching since 2021.
I trained in ashtanga / vinyasa yoga with Yoga London, and prenatal yoga with The Shala.
I am passionate about Yoga, and dedicated to the well-being of others, helping individuals of all levels discover the transformative power of Yoga. My classes focus on building a strong foundation while encouraging personal growth and self-discovery helping to create a nurturing environment where everyone can explore the benefits of Yoga practice.
